“Great experience today at Subway on Bancroft in Dartmouth. Shout out to Brian for making what i would call 3 perfect footlong subs.
I didnt even think of getting a picture before he wrapped them, but I did snap a pic of 1 before I started to eat.
Its been a very long time since I've walked out of a Subway restaurant and was satisfied with how the sub was made. Usually I have to rebuild the sub as ingredients are just thrown on the sub. Brian was quick, super polite and truly cares about the finished product. Thanks again.“

“I went to this location for the first time about a week ago and I literally got there 10 minutes before closing. Thank you very much Navreet for preparing my order and helping me with a smile. “Stopped by Subway today and had a great experience. The sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while.
What really stood out was the employee who made it—Her name is Tamana. she was incredibly sweet, polite, and patient. It was really busy and she was handling everything on her own, but still managed to stay calm and friendly with every customer. You could tell she was putting in real effort to make sure everyone was taken care of.

“This subway restaurant location is on par with the rest of them in their franchise. short walk from the parking lot to the store. friendly sandwich artists. Clean tidy looking location. I recommend this location as a convenient location near other stores close by.“

“My kids are very picky eaters and usually only eat a 6-inch sub with just bread and 3 slices of ham very basic. They don’t like ciabatta bread at all so we have to always order it on regular 6-inch bread We have tried many Subway locations in Dartmouth and Halifax, but this store really stands out the staff member his name is Love has always been very kind to us. Both me and my wife have visited on different days and times, and every time he treats us with respect even though we order a simple 6-inch sub, he often charges us the ciabatta price, he is always polite, friendly, and helpful, his attitude and customer service is great.“

“I was at this location at 8:30ish in the morning on Thursday … the fellow that was working was awesome…. He was the only person there at that early time so he had to take care of the drive-thru and I store customers (I was inside)…..he was as fast a 1 person could possibly be, upbeat and smiling the.whole time…. You have a great team member“

“The manager is really nice and helpful. We were trying to order through the app and she helped us out. The order staff seem really kind and friendly. It was really busy but they were really nice to customers and working continuously. 2 of them taking orders and one is getting things done. I don’t understand why people don’t get the point sometimes the workers don’t even get to eat lunch but still out there working constantly. They are really trying to make customer comfortable but some people are just mean. As I am reading the comments I can see some people want them to work as robots. Sorry for these guys has to face such customers.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff member working today. She was completely on her own, handling in-store customers, online orders, and managing everything at once , and still stayed calm and professional under pressure.
While I was in line, I saw a group of teenagers being incredibly rude and impatient with her. I’m 24, so I’m not far off their age, and I know how I acted as a teen , it wasn’t like that! It really surprised me how little awareness or empathy they had for the situation. This worker was clearly doing her best and didn’t deserve that kind of treatment.
That said, I was so impressed with how she stood up for herself and calmly reinforced the rules when they tried to get away with more than they should. She handled the situation with strength and composure , better than I probably would have (I used to work in service as a server, so I know the feeling).
To the staff member: I hope you got to go home and relax with a well-deserved bubble bath. Your patience and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do.“

“The food was great. Im just tired of seeing only one person serving customers....what happened to teams? One person is never enough no matter what store or time of day/week. Hats off to employees who manage to run the store by themselves but it should not be this way.“
