“Stopped by Subway today and had a great experience. The sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while.
What really stood out was the employee who made it—Her name is Tamana. she was incredibly sweet, polite, and patient. It was really busy and she was handling everything on her own, but still managed to stay calm and friendly with every customer. You could tell she was putting in real effort to make sure everyone was taken care of.

“I was at this location at 8:30ish in the morning on Thursday … the fellow that was working was awesome…. He was the only person there at that early time so he had to take care of the drive-thru and I store customers (I was inside)…..he was as fast a 1 person could possibly be, upbeat and smiling the.whole time…. “My kids are very picky eaters and usually only eat a 6-inch sub with just bread and 3 slices of ham very basic. They don’t like ciabatta bread at all so we have to always order it on regular 6-inch bread We have tried many Subway locations in Dartmouth and Halifax, but this store really stands out the staff member his name is Love has always been very kind to us. Both me and my wife have visited on different days and times, and every time he treats us with respect even though we order a simple 6-inch sub, he often charges us the ciabatta price, he is always polite, friendly, and helpful, his attitude and customer service is great.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff member working today. She was completely on her own, handling in-store customers, online orders, and managing everything at once , and still stayed calm and professional under pressure.
While I was in line, I saw a group of teenagers being incredibly rude and impatient with her. I’m 24, so I’m not far off their age, and I know how I acted as a teen , it wasn’t like that! It really surprised me how little awareness or empathy they had for the situation. This worker was clearly doing her best and didn’t deserve that kind of treatment.
That said, I was so impressed with how she stood up for herself and calmly reinforced the rules when they tried to get away with more than they should. She handled the situation with strength and composure , better than I probably would have (I used to work in service as a server, so I know the feeling).
To the staff member: I hope you got to go home and relax with a well-deserved bubble bath. Your patience and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do.“

“I came around 6-7. store seems busy, there was that one girl working and handling the customers by herself with a smile on her face. I was so impressed because I have been to many restaurants. Workers usually got frustrated but that was amazing. Subway must give her big credit.“
