Had a great experience at Subway! There was only one lady working during the rush hour, and she was incredibly nice, patient, and professional. She handled all the customers single-handedly with a great attitude and never let the rush affect her service. Hats off to her for doing such an amazing job! She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work. 👏
This store is ridiculously understaffed. I waited 25 minutes at lunch hour to even begin to place my order because there was only one employee on staff. This is not about her - she was doing her best to manage the rush, make online orders as they came in, and bake bread, which they ran out of. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would have been better off driving to another location further away
The manager is really nice and helpful. We were trying to order through the app and she helped us out. The order staff seem really kind and friendly. It was really busy but they were really nice to customers and working continuously. 2 of them taking orders and one is getting things done. I don’t understand why people don’t get the point sometimes the workers don’t even get to eat lunch but still out there working constantly.
