The staff always go above and beyond to make every customer feel taken care off. Always friendly and really get to know their regulars, I've never had a negative experience going to this location.

As for the food, the store is well taken care of and clean. The ingredients are always fresh, you can tell they diligently adhere to FIFO. My food is always warm and delicious.

Overall, my favorite Subway. Definitely recommended 👌“

“I just went in to this Subway for a quick dinner as I’m too burnt out to cook. I wish I got the employees name because she deserves a raise! When I walked in, I could hear she was already in a wholesomely friendly conversation with the customer ahead of her, discussing and bonding over their culture and speaking Punjabi.
When it was my turn to order, I do not say this lightly, she made me the BeST subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
I try not to be too demanding but she clued in to every word I spoke in regards to veggie amounts, sauce amount (I like lots of veggies, little sauce) and she nailed it, as if she’s been taking my Subway order forever.

She was also smart with business and tried to upsell me, but knew to smile and understand because I don’t need a drink (I have Gatorade at home).

Instead, I ordered one cookie along my sub. When she packaged my cookie, another crumbled and she put in the extra cookie pieces stating “I’d rather not waste it” (again with a smile)- I will always appreciate an employee not wanting to waste food in this economy and being generous instead of unnecessarily wasteful.

Based on the customer service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff I experienced.. I don’t go in person to subway often, but if I do it will be here.

“Just ordered a 6inch veggie sub and it was delicious just the way I like it. There was only 1 lady working and she is amazing even though it was busy. I liked that she prepared everyone’s sub 1 by 1 to make sure everyone got it hot and fresh. Hope they keep this up.“

“There was ONE person working alone. This woman ran this relatively busy Subway on her own, and ran it well indeed. She was very attentive and communicative with customers, despite there being ovens and other things going off that needed her immediate attention, etc. She was just incredible, and far more efficient and polite/considerate of an experience than any other subway I have been to recently, and those all being multiple person shifts. She deserves a raise and a promotion! Will be returning.“

“it's a subway. i've only ordered a couple of times during low customer hours, so i didn't wait long and they had time to prepare my order correctly and stuff. standard subway taste, i'm still annoyed they don't have plain ranch at any location but oh well, at least their cookies are good.“

“Went in with a large order for our work lunch, didn't order online or call ahead. The girl behind the counter jumped into action, made our orders efficiency and accurately. She even wrote everyone's names on their items so we didn't have to open packages back at the office. Awesome service.“

I'm there twice a week and I'm so regular in my ordering that Desa, always charming and friendly, doesn't even have to ask what I want.
