Amazing staff, very clean and caring environment. We spend 4.5 month in the hospital and they always remember my order and staff feel like a family to me. Always greeting with smile and amazing human being. I don't have enough word to express how amazing they are. I will always go to shop there because of the staff, manager, the environment and quality of food.

The staff that are working here are really nice and helpful. They care about the customers and l’ve always had positive experiences with them.
Among all the subways that I’ve been in Halifax, this is the best one. I really like the sandwiches they make.

I went june 21,2023 around 6 PM Employees of the restaurant not nice also they don’t listen customers what they want also they have all old vegetables lady who take cash and make sandwiches she is so rude and she doesn’t listen also I don’t want go give one star to this disgusting

This and the Tim's across the hall are the only places still masking. Yeah it's the IWK, but this isn't in the hospital, it's it's own 200ft halway and right at the door, so if you want to eat your sub, enjoy it in the rain or snow because the removed all seating. The food was also lesser quality than most subways.Walk 2 streets over and have better subway and eat it at a table protected from the rain and snow.
