Used to be a lunch regular but had to stop after the last few visits. The last was a few months ago, the man making my sandwich was leaning against the counter hacking and wiping his nose. Seemed like he was unhappy for me existing. I said yes to toasted and it wasn't. Mistakes happen, normally I am overly lenient, but this felt different. It's either on purpose or hiring and hygiene standards dropped in Canada.

Love the staff there, especially Kuldeep! Always smiling and delivering a great service. She has a friendly demeanor and impressive work ethic. Great job!

Generally I love their sub but last time the worker really behave rudely and was not listening to my order properly, I said to add two sauce, she add one and that was also wrong and then proceed to another customer by ignoring me and that was also after waiting for like 10 mins because she was making mobile order. Very poor service, never going there again. Also there's no thing like vegetarian they use same gloves which they used for picking meat for adding vegetables.

"Subway NO longer serves real cheese" -Subway Employee....wow...this was news to me... I asked him... What do you mean? He said "We only have processed cheeses, yellow, white, and spicy".... lol what the heck does that even mean. I though Subway was trying to be like a normal deli with their new "rebrand" ....They literally stopped serving real cheese. Super gross and EXTREMELY overpriced, not to mention rude staff. Then I remembered, NO wonder every time I eat here I feel sick...

Most insane GASLIGHT interaction I've ever had at a Subway... Two months ago I ordered a sub from here with Swiss cheese. Tonight I went back and tried to order swiss cheese and this worker tried to tell me Subway hasn't had swiss cheese for well over 2 years... Even people in line said this was 100% untrue and that they also ordered swiss cheese recently. They said that all their "cheeses" have been replaced with "cheese substitutes" and all they have now is this....lol....white cheddar substitute, yellow cheddar substitute, and jalepeno cheddar also substitute... what in the living nightmare is this????? This worker literally lied and said every customer in line was wrong...that they stopped serving anything other than cheddar 2 YEARS AGO... and that any previous server who served us must have been wrong. This is totally disgusting and after spending 25$ for a footlong and chips, I am done with this place ESPECIALLY this location. Another disgraceful canadian business.

I just went in to this Subway for a quick dinner as I’m too burnt out to cook. I wish I got the employees name because she deserves a raise! When I walked in, I could hear she was already in a wholesomely friendly conversation with the customer ahead of her, discussing and bonding over their culture and speaking Punjabi.
When it was my turn to order, I do not say this lightly, she made me the BeST subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
I try not to be too demanding but she clued in to every word I spoke in regards to veggie amounts, sauce amount (I like lots of veggies, little sauce) and she nailed it, as if she’s been taking my Subway order forever.
She was also smart with business and tried to upsell me, but knew to smile and understand because I don’t need a drink (I have Gatorade at home).
Instead, I ordered one cookie along my sub. When she packaged my cookie, another crumbled and she put in the extra cookie pieces stating “I’d rather not waste it” (again with a smile)- I will always appreciate an employee not wanting to waste food in this economy and being generous instead of unnecessarily wasteful.
Based on the customer service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff I experienced.. I don’t go in person to subway often, but if I do it will be here.

Worst customer service
I went there at 11:45 the door was locked and the open sign was on
And I saw the guy was working inside he saw me Nd just ignored me . He closed the door 15 mins before the closing time
It's not first time it's a repeating thing
