Today I visited, there was only one girl and she has so many orders, still she made my order so perfect how I want. I really like the service. Best sandwich I had in halifax.

I’m honestly stunned by how poorly I’ve been treated at Subway lately. Twice now, I’ve placed incredibly simple orders, and both times the mistakes have been beyond frustrating — they’ve been downright disrespectful.
The first time, I ordered a 12-inch sub with no olives. Somehow, what I received was practically drowning in olives. It wasn’t a small mix-up — it was as if whoever made it decided my request didn’t matter at all. That alone was irritating, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.
On my next visit, I once again ordered a 12-inch sub and paid full price, only to be handed a 6-inch. I cannot overstate how insulting that feels — paying for something and getting half of what you ordered is unacceptable, and it shows a complete lack of care for customers. It’s not even about the sandwich at this point; it’s about the principle.
I walked away feeling cheated and disrespected. It’s frustrating that a company as large as Subway can’t seem to handle the most basic level of order accuracy. If this is what passes for customer service now, then Subway has seriously lost its way. Until this level of negligence is addressed, I won’t be giving them another cent.

I had a really bad experience today. I asked the staff to grill my sub, and she rudely said she couldn’t do it. When I asked again politely, she said “I can’t do that” and then asked, “Do you still want it or not?” in a rude tone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior — definitely not how customers should be treated

I had a great experience at subway. The food was really tasty and fresh. The girl was polite. She made me feel welcomed. Great great subway in halifax. Highly recommended.

When a customer pays for a sandwich, they expect a decent portion. This was the worst subway I ever had experience with!

Don’t leave reviews often but first subway I have been to in Halifax that they don’t shove things in the bun and hand you a sub turned wrap. Car not to share their real name actually is a great staff member that is great with customers.

Came in and asked for a 12-in sub. When the sub came out of the oven it was only a 6 in I repeated that I'm pretty sure I ordered a 12-in she then made it clear that I ordered a 6 in. I said well maybe you heard 6 in but I asked for a 12-in. Is there any way we can do that? I said maybe we both made a mistake and continue to argue to say no. It's not a mistake. And it's not allowed. I then asked for napkins and she told me they were all out yet in the dining area there was a big dispenser of them. Another woman ordered a coffee and was given a fountain drink cup and when she tried to get the coffee which there was no filter, it came out all coffee and grains, she didn't argued with her about her order too. Saying repeatedly no you asked for a fountain drink, not coffee. She's having a bad day or not suck it up and say I'm sorry and don't repeatedly argue, especially with the second customer in a row who you may have mistaken the order for whatever reason. Maybe you're having a bad day. Maybe something else is going on. Accept that and move forward. Don't argue repeatedly. To top it off her husband started to send me messages on every aspect of my social media begging me to remove her photo which I've done today to stop the harassing emails asking me to take down the picture of her that I took and posted to identify her to her manager so that she can be instructed on how to roll with the punches in a situation, especially when arguing with a customer and they takes two steps back to say hey. Could we both be wrong? Are we allowed to do that and not say no loudly as a response.
Everything was delicious and fast, we were served by a very nice and kind woman😀
Worst subway ever legit put cheese on the wrapper and melted it on there
The food was okay nothing special veggies were little old and the staff had hard time communicating in English I would advise the business to have diversity of employees and speaking English on the job should be mandatory.
