What an amazing experience tonight. It was an average night out at a family restaurant, but having Devan as our server really turned our night into something amazing! He was attentive, fun, great listener and very engaged with our visit. We are grateful you had our table!

Just sitting in the take out area right now, besides the fact the food is great the staff are so wonderful. What I like is how they speak to each other as well. Respectful and kind. I hear laughter and good vibes. Great job!!!

Waited outside 15 minutes past designated pickup time despite “checking in”. Go inside to see where my food is and the person tells me their pickup is not long working.
Then my food is brought to a different vehicle. Last time ordering from this location.

It’s been a while since we’ve dined in at Swiss Chalet. It used to be one of our favourite spots for a comfort meal. On this visit, the chicken dinners were enjoyed along with the garlic cheese bread we had as a starter. The ribs were really dry and tasted old. They were so terrible my 10 year old who loves ribs said “these ribs taste really bad”. The restaurant seemed grimy and unclean. We had really friendly service but there was a definite language barrier. We would not recommend nor will we return.

The food is great and as usual a very nice atmosphere. Our visit at this Swiss Chalet proved to us that there is still great customer service out there. Our server was bartending and serving a bunch of tables and did not miss a beat. She was amazing. Shout out to B. Wang, you deserve a raise.
We went as a family to this location on Aug 26, 2024. Service was fine but the food was beyond bland. No flavor for any of the items we ordered. Our oldest son had the cheesy noodles with mashed potatoes as a side. The noodles were orange but lacked any cheesy taste. The mashed potatoes were the instant kind and just awful. Our other son had cheese pizza and fries. Pizza was ok but the fries were overcooked and had no salt. My hot chicken sandwich was ok but I had the same issue with fries. My wife had the Rotisserie Chicken Club Wrap. It had no taste and was a waste of money.
We had planned on going to Swiss Chalet in Sydney, NS but that plan has been sunk.
