To pricey for the quality Waitress received 25% tip and tried to return some of the tip saying it was to much her modesty is the reason for every star given Wish I remembered her name she was working the whole floor only waitress and we had the BEST service

The food was delicious! As it always is. The table and restaurant was nice and clean. The food came fast but keep in mind that I was there slightly before the peak dinner hour on a Tuesday so it was not busy.
The service from our waitress did not impress me, did not greet us and just asked what we wanted in a not so friendly tone, she did not check on us the entire time even though she was right next to our table just chose not to check on us, at least the guy who brought out the food was nice.

I went to the lacewood Swiss chalet tonight with my family. We ordered a crispy chicken Cesar salad to start and ordered our mains at the same time. It seemed like it was taking a really long time to get our salad but we patiently waited. Eventually the waiter brought us our mains. We asked where our salad was and they said they thought we wanted it with our mains. There’s not even enough room on the table for 4 people’s meals with the salad. We asked if we could have the salad first like we originally asked. They said sure. It took another 5 minutes for them to bring our salad out and when they finally did they got it wrong. We asked for crispy chicken on the salad but when it came it had an under cooked chunk of chicken breast on it. So then They expected us to wait again for them to bring us our proper salad. At this point I’m getting frustrated and ask to speak to the manager to get this sorted out. The manager came over and I’m trying to explain the issue to her and she keeps looking behind me she’s not even paying attention to me when I’m speaking. I asked her what she was looking at and she told me she was trying to figure out how long we where there. I asked her how long we where there and she couldn’t answer. Her behavior was weird and off putting. Not even so much as an apology. Terrible service and I won’t be back

Regularly go to this Swiss Chalet Sometimes our family has a gathering brunch here on occasions. Excellent service and atmosphere! The waitresses are very helpful and friendly . Clean nice restaurant and cozy , family oriented too! Great food always and always different choices on menu!
Swiss Chalet chicken is always a wonderful treat but the 2 can dine for 19.99 deal was a real disappointment. The T.V. add showed a large chicken leg with a roll and fries. The menu photo also showed a luscious meal. The reality was really different. A small chicken leg with a large mass of fries covering the whole plate. Next time we go to SC we will take photos. The wait staff were quick, efficient and so welcoming as they always are.

My best friend and I came for supper at six o'clock. The place was fairly busy, but they have a pretty awesome team. The hostess took care of us immediately, and we had a table within minutes of arriving. Our server was a lovely gentleman.I forget his name and I feel terrible about that because he was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. He was very easy to talk to, conversation just flowed. We ordered the popcorn shrimp as an appetizer, and it arrived almost instantaneously. It was hot and very yummy. Our entrees arrived within a few minutes and again, our orders were right and they were hot and delicious. Our lovely server came to check on us to make sure everything was okay and to refill our pop. While we.were eating. we chatted about how the staff really work together.Like a team. They were quick they were friendly and they worked together. Overall it was a great experience. We had some great food in a very busy restaurant, full of families and cheerful people and we were served by staff who seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I feel good about my night out.Thank you for that.

A great place to go for excellent Customer Service, awesome location with lots of parking. The food is amazing, hot and reasonably priced. The restaurant has a great selection for everyone and very quick with your meal. If you're in a hurry and want great food and fast service stop by for a healthy lunch. You can take your time and enjoy conversation with family and friends and make an evening of it or just a casual night out. Stop by whether you are visiting or local you won't be disappointed!!! 👍👍🥰
