What an amazing experience tonight. It was an average night out at a family restaurant, but having Devan as our server really turned our night into something amazing! He was attentive, fun, great listener and very engaged with our visit. We are grateful you had our table!
Just sitting in the take out area right now, besides the fact the food is great the staff are so wonderful. What I like is how they speak to each other as well. Respectful and kind. I hear laughter and good vibes. Great job!!!
It’s been a while since we’ve dined in at Swiss Chalet. It used to be one of our favourite spots for a comfort meal. On this visit, the chicken dinners were enjoyed along with the garlic cheese bread we had as a starter. The ribs were really dry and tasted old. They were so terrible my 10 year old who loves ribs said “these ribs taste really bad”. The restaurant seemed grimy and unclean.
