I put off going here because it looks so small and unassuming, but we finally did, and wow - the food was great! We got takeout and the leftovers somehoe got even better by Day 2. So affordable, too.
We had a great experience at Tasty kitchen which is a cantonese Chinese eatery. Simon is the owner and it was a pleasure speaking with him to understand how he started the eatery. The food is delicious and is priced very reasonably as it caters to students and locals nearby. I am glad we found the place and it is no wonder the reviews are excellent.

Superb dining at Tasty Kitchen and the foods are delivered piping hot as freshly cooked by Simon! Thank you for those who put in positive high reviews that brought me n my hubby to this awesome Cantonese style cooking at great prices too! Will return for another round of dining tomorrow before leaving Halifax as missed Chinese foods being 10 days away from home!! Home cooked comfort foods that warm our stomach ?
