The staff are very kind i ate there for 15days always they are smilling and giving excellent customer service
Another nice secret spot. Conveniently placed, no crowds for just a grab and go coffee. Primarily muffins and donuts
Katie helped my daughter and I. We got a cheesecake muffin and 20 timbits. She was upbeat, offered more than she had to to help us with our tough choice in which of the 20 we needed to get. Not only was she helpful but she smiled the whole time. I really appreciate someone who cares. Katie cares. She was awesome. Thank you so much for making our day and putting personality back into the interaction!

Tim Hortons is a popular coffee and donut shop that generally receives positive reviews. Customers appreciate the friendly and enthusiastic service from staff, especially the morning servers who are passionate and cheerful. One helpful and courteous employee named Tommy made a positive impression on a recent visit, highlighting the welcoming atmosphere. The hot chocolate muffin is also well-liked by customers. The location is inside a children's hospital, making it very kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchair users. However, some customers have noted that the tea is often served lukewarm, which can be frustrating. Additionally, on certain visits, the coffee has been burned, though generally, the coffee is fresh. The selection at the hospital location is limited to hot beverages, which can be inconvenient in hot weather. Overall, the staff's friendly attitude and kid-friendly environment are highlights of this Tim Hortons.
