The coffee was burned, you could smell it from the parking lot. Both my friend and I had a few sips and couldn't finish it. Usually this location is pretty fresh. I am guessing it was the time of time of day(2pm)?

Insane amount of fruit flies on muffins and donuts timbits. Been eating this stuff for 54 days……. Beyond disgusting will not be getting anything else from tims at the hospital ? Was there today and asked for a chocolate chip muffin and i watched the staff take it out of the cabinet and like 100 fruit flies came up for the chocolate chip muffins… i told her to put it back

One front of house staff member is extremely rude and adversarial. I ordered an iced coffee, and she rudely told me they don't serve iced coffee, and when I pointed to the container of iced coffee, she spat at me that it's cold brew (when cold brew is prepared differently and served from a different container). A seperate team member then prepared the beverage how an iced coffee would be. That level of animosity was uncalled for, and is piss poor customer service. It's unfortunate that this establishment has one of the nicest team members I've ever met, and the rudest.

Staying in IWK with my daughter I visit this Tim Hortons often. Tonight I experienced one of the rudest staff I've ever encountered anywhere in my 50 years. This young "lady" was snotty and down rignt rude. Terrible service!

It was in the IWK children's hospital and they only were serving hot tea or coffee, they don't sell any other refreshments like power aid, milk, water, etc which sucked due to the heat I didn't want a coffee... I wanted something nice and cold...

No friendliness, no enthusiasm, no nothing. Zombies who take too long to pour coffee. And how slow can you be when you have menu, you just pour coffee.I'm not a huge Tim's fan, but this is the worst I've been to in NS, NB, QC, and ON.
