“I've been coming to Burrito Jax since high school (~10years) and the food has been consistently good. What has changed is the customer service. It has gotten so much better over the past few years. Specifically i would like to mention the employee Nikhil at the Kempt road location. He always goes above and beyond while serving me. Not only does he bring the atmosphere from a 2 to a 4 star but he's just a fricking good guy.“

“Their Bowls are AMAZING!
One thing i found special about them is their fresh veggies! I ordered the spicy chicken bowl and it was honestly a 10/10.
One thing to caution everyone about is dont put too much of their “Signature Hot Sauce”.
That thing is gonna force you to breath heavily cuz of the spiciness. That thing hit hard after a couple of bites and it literally came out of nowhere! Staff was so nice to give me an extra Lime crema tho to overwrite that hotness!“
