The food was amazing. The Hound House Burger and British Style Fish & Chip were two great choices. The service was friendly and efficient. The fireplace (gas?) was cozy. We will be coming back soon.
Amazing fish and chips and poutine, the fish was fried perfectly without being too heavy. We sat outside as it was busy and it was cold but the fish was still crispy after it cooled down. Also had the steak pot pie which also great!
Was visiting on a cruise ship and glad we found this spot in Halifax. The fish tacos were much better than I expected and the poutine with a slightly spicy Guinness gravy was delicious. The fish and chips were also very good, a light crispy batter on the fish. Numerous beers on tap including several local brews. Would highly recommend.
