We celebrated a birthday with friends there. Everything was lovely. We ate scallops, Arctic Char with snow crab, tacos, brussel sprouts & several other dishes. All were delicious... the scallops were PERFECT!Sara was our server, she was was knowledgeable about the menu and very sweet.
My first time here, we had an amazing time! Such a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, our servers Lindsay and Alana exceeded expectations. We will be back!

This was our first time dining at The Ostrich Club, and we loved everything about it. We went for a brunch on Saturday morning, not crowded early, but things picked up while we were there. We will definitely be back to try dinner with friends. Awesome place.
Really enjoyed all the food and cocktails. I had the sourdough bread, endive salad, green beans, Brussels sprouts, and the tacos. Dessert was the house made amarena cherry ice cream. Everything was cooked to perfection and in a good sized portion to share or eat yourself without being overly full.

Officially my favourite restaurant in Halifax. Every dish we got was 12/10. It was more of a life experience than a meal, and we cannot wait to go back. Service and ambiance was absolutely top notch 10/10

Food was excellent. Had tacos, shrimp dumplings, and red curry duck in that order. Each dish was better than the last. Lindsay took care of us and was absolutely wonderful. Hope to be back soon.

The Ostrich Club is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. My husband and I went for Valentines Day and we got the bread, oysters, brussels sprouts, tacos, and the shrimp dumplings. The shrimp dumplings were the star of the show and are legendary! Would highly recommend ordering them. We also had a few drinks with dinner, including a cocktail from their Taylor Swift inspired drink menu (how fun!). I got midnights and it was lovely.

Always a great dining experience at the Ostrich Club. Interesting and tasty cocktails and a nice wine list with great guidance from the server. We sampled many of the sharable plates for our meal and it was just the right amount of food. We will be back !

If The Ostrich Club had a soundtrack it would be "My type" by Saint motel. Cause that place is an instant favourite.Walked in for brunch this morning, not aware reservations are recommended and encouraged — why wouldn't they be, when it's such a popular spot? My husband and I, on a long-awaited date, were seated at the bar; coffee was not bad, sparkling water seemed to be complimentary as we were offered a choice of still or sparkling water and were never charged for sparkling water.We enjoyed sitting at the bar counter, chatting about the cool-looking spirits bottles, drinking glasses, and decanters that look like just might release a genie if you ask the bartender to rub it.The food was amazing, service even better, and while I imagined the place with such great reviews would be bigger, it was just the right size — intimate, not loud, cool decor, and soothing colours and super-attentive staff.Gatsby would be a regular. Highly recommend, great job staff!No photos, cause we really enjoyed ourselves, the food and the atmosphere, completely forgetting to take photos — that should speak volumes ;)

I wanted to try Ostrich Club since last year and I'm so glad I did. Booked a girls night out with my 2 favourite ladies and we shared a bunch of small plates and had delicious cocktails. Killer environment, friendly service, great ambience. I'll definitely be going back!
