Went there with a friend tonight before we caught a show at neptune. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and my friend got tacos (the special today) and a beer. We were kind of on a time limit because we only had a little more than an hr before the show started. We ordered our food right away, about 25 mins later the waiter came to check and see if we needed more drinks. We said no but how much longer for the food? He said should be coming right up. 5 mins later Joe the manager...
Our experience was great on a Friday evening. Our server Riley was excellent and catered to us, being very social and helpful. They have military discount on one food item or the daily food special might be a better deal. Friday is $15 sandwich deals, and I have posted the Club Sandwich, which was massive and excellent. Fries were a bit overdone, but im not a fan of shoestring fries to start with. Easy to cook the hell out of them. It's probably one of the best happy hours...

I hosted an event in the basement of a group of around 75 people. Joe one of the managers helped me out. He made everything so easy and helped make sure that all guests had an amazing evening. All bartenders were very nice and willing to help. A guest accidentally sliced herself with her ring and a bartender appeared out of nowhere ready to help with a bandaid. Excellent service.
