The store needs to get together. Firstly, I believe there are many times that the app shows the foods that are not available in their store. I ordered the savoury pastry and when I arrived, the lady said she didn’t have it. That’s okay, it was not her fault. But !!!! When another lady refunded the money, she gave me $4 in coins, but she didn’t give me back the tax??? I called her again, but she totally ignored and went away. I cannot wait any longer because I have to take the bus. I understand that the morning shift is always busy, but the staff needs to get every order correctly, even the money. I only appreciate the lady that works professionally, the others seem ignorant.

Additionally, the manager should train the staff about the professional manner. Some of them gave me attitude when I ordered mobile orders and even judged what I ordered. 1-2 months ago, I ordered croissant with peanut butter, and someone said “who eat that shit?” and laughed. Thus I hesitate to order this store in the morning. It’s a chaos.

Every time I go to this Tim's my apps for offers don't work forcing me to pay max. Today again with the added attitude of one of the staff making me feel uncomfortable because the line was to the street she said 😐 while I tried to get my app to work and then when I did receive it asked for sausage got bacon 🥓

You've got an amazing coffee shop across the street, or this slop which is the worst Brazilian coffee chain on earth. Come on guys. Use your taste buds - this USA-style chain is bad.

Drive thru service is very slow. Employees are polite but slow on getting orders together. I ordered 2 teas made the same and 1 coffee and I was in the drive thru for about 8-10 minutes.

Probably the worst costumer service I’ve gotten. Asked for a bagel double toasted it came basically raw. They no longer carry tea bags so I got hot water with a shot of chai flavour and when I asked about why there was no tea bag I got nothing but attitude. Will not be coming back.

They are very slow they have one person working cash and that means they take the order and do it themselves I have been waiting for about 15 mins they should have kept the store bigger so more staff can help instead of 3 on a window

This is how i started my day with this not cooked wrap at all. The lady taking the oder was so ignorant that she was nt even taking the order patiently.

There no point to use drive Thru, they are gonna ask you to move ahead and wait. You will still need to get out from your car
