Probably the worst costumer service I’ve gotten. Asked for a bagel double toasted it came basically raw. They no longer carry tea bags so I got hot water with a shot of chai flavour and when I asked about why there was no tea bag I got nothing but attitude. Will not be coming back.

They are very slow they have one person working cash and that means they take the order and do it themselves I have been waiting for about 15 mins they should have kept the store bigger so more staff can help instead of 3 on a window

There no point to use drive Thru, they are gonna ask you to move ahead and wait. You will still need to get out from your car

For the 2nd time in a month Tim Hortons does not take an allergie seriously! I order almond milk as I have a milk protein allergy pay extra for it, ask when they give me the tea that it is not dairy and boom I am sick all day. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is NEVER happened at Starbucks in the 10 years I have been going but Tim’s twice in a month…. Can’t handle basic orders
