For the 2nd time in a month Tim Hortons does not take an allergie seriously! I order almond milk as I have a milk protein allergy pay extra for it, ask when they give me the tea that it is not dairy and boom I am sick all day. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is NEVER happened at Starbucks in the 10 years I have been going but Tim’s twice in a month…. Can’t handle basic orders

They don’t know how to work with rewards and when i asked them for manager . They said shes on vacation. I mean how is this possible that there is no manager or supervisor on the shift. All in all really rude employees. If i had a choice of stars i would give them 0.

The only issue I have is there's never any donuts or any type of food by like 7pm. Like today they close at 10pm and they won't be making anything else. I get the staff want to go home but come on...you still have 3 hours. You should still be able to order a donut

I live nearby.. I work at subway.. I can understand the frustration and bad reviews of people make the worker insecure… I feel that the girls who work there are best… I have best customer service experience… they were so nice… friendly people.. I like the atmosphere… I got it… some people are racist and rude to workers… I have faced a lot every single day.. don’t let them to affect these girls work.. <3

The employees at this location were extremely rude and unhelpful. They went out of their way to create a problem, which in turn inconvenienced a number of other customers. The employees then refused to provide me with their names or the owner's contact information to make a complaint. The staff here are doing a very poor job serving customers and clearly have no regard for the business.
Worst Tim Hortons ever visited. Staff do not care about customers. Waited there for more than 10mins just to place an order and staff rudely replied saying they were busy. Terrible experience.
