Karam and Ansh were so kind and friendly. Really appreciated their positive attitude—it made our visit even better. Great service!
The coffee was dry
Constantly waiting 20 min for food. Watching one girl drown while coworkers talk and and a floater with tattoos doing nothing.
Edit: missing food items. Worst tim Hortons in Halifax
I’m in here at 10:56, trying to order a pizza & ready to wait for 4 mts. Just requested to take my order for a cheese pizza. But they denied mentioning I can’t order until it’s 11. They wanted me to go back in the line and order again. After the 2 mts. That was left after my order
This location is great :)
Parveen was really professional and welcoming. She offered stellar customer service and she is awesome
my first tim hortons wow ! the timbits were awesome, very fresh, soft, and great flavors :) got there at a pretty good time as there was barely a line and the service was very efficient so there was hardly a wait :) appreciated the free wifi, too!
Walked in from a cruise ship thinking I'll finally try Tim Hortons. I quickly walked out. Bathroom toilet clogged, floor covered with piss, booths and counters strewn with trash. Floor sticky. If I wanted this I don't need Canada, I've got that on NY subway. Place best avoided.
Tragically slow. Line of at least 20 people(every time there is a ferry): 1 person on till could not count out change.
Dirty interior.
Update: Generic response not overly welcomed. Not only does it show lack of effort but in order for your custumers to do more work in going to your website. I checked it anyways and I have the choice to either send a whole other email to you or take a survey that a) shows the wrong address for your downtown location and b) requires a receipt number, of which I was not given or offered.
Which has brought me back here.
Already I have given more effort than your employees at the location and you, with the copy paste response.
Keep up the good work, I guess.
Horrible experience. The girl at the cashier gave me coffee which was really cold and also I ordered double double and gave me triple triple.
When I went to resolve this issue, they even refused to accept their mistake.
Then we called supervisor , she also behaved badly.
At the time, pizza was served cold. All there staff members of Tim’s were rude and not ready to accept that they gave the wrong drink.

"I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, especially one like Tim Hortons.
Unfortunately, my recent interactions with a cashier named Peter at the Alderney Terminal and today at water street have been less than ideal Infact terrible. I hope that management can address this issue and provide training to improve the customer experience."

Update: Since Covid this location had been tremendously slow. I mean horribly. The dining room does not look cared for during the day. The same peices of garbage that were on the floor in the morning are still there more than 8 hours later... such bad service for such a prominent location. What happened....
Always fast, being right on the waterfront they get busy, i mean real busy, with the line snaking through the store, but they still get the line taken care of quickly and are always friendly.
