Sad that Tim Hortons has declined the way it has. I stood at the counter a few minutes while an employee was on her phone, two others chatted near the kitchen doors. No smile from the worker, who barely spoke english, my bagel was barely toasted - the butter wouldn't even melt and it was still cold on the inside. I have to get in the habit of going to other places

Everyday I visit to this store to get my tea and I am so expressed by the service they provide to the customers. Especially, there is a old gentleman works there, he always seems to be hardworking ,dedicated, and professional towards his work. Great service!

I ordered bottle of apple juice from tim hortan app and I waited for 10 minutes for my apple juice.
The floor was dirty and sticky, a lot of garbage, papers. The restaurant was not busy, the three girls - workers were talking nicely to each other. Cleanliness is the last thing on the restaurant workers' minds. I didn't want to order anything more than coffee.
