Charge an extra dollar for cream cheese and this is what you get. Shane on this place and the people who work here. The woman you have making the food in the morning needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Seriously is this acceptable to you disgusting people?

Ordered a bagel at this Tim Hortons and the spread was minimal — almost non-existent. It felt like a cost-cutting approach, which really takes away from the experience. Not what I expect.

I ordered a medium tea and a cookie , I showed up at 7:28 pm and it is now 7:45 and no tea. Have to make another pot and didn't let me know I would have to wait ( also claimed they gave it to the wrong customer)
The service was unacceptable, the employees were not concerned about the customers , myself included.
I have been coming here for 20 years and the service has gone down hill to the point I am almost ready to switch to Starbucks ... which is much more expensive but definitely worth the price !

This is one of the busiest Tim Hortons in downtown Halifax. They should take better care of the tables for those costumers who prefer to sit inside. Some tables were really dirty and in urgent need of some cleaning.

Its a Timmy's. Nothing special, electronic menues were changing a bit too quickly to really read the menu.

Ordered merchandise & food via the mobile app. When I arrived the merchandise was not available. I asked on-site staff how to get a refund. I was informed by on-site staff that since it was placed through the mobile app I needed to go through the mobile app to get a refund. When I attempted to go through the mobile app, I was told I needed to go to the store for a refund.

No one has provided an alternative method for receiving a refund so Tim Hortons has stolen from me by not providing the services purchased.

If on-site staff do not know policies and procedures and mobile applications are not representative of the supplies on-site it is not the responsibility of a customer to spend their time mediating between the two.

This is a very busy Tims, but I have asked for my coffee many times, and it is touch and go. Sometimes, the coffee is full, and others not.
There is a gentleman who is absolutely amazing and always has a smile on. I love being served by him because he is so nice.
