This Timmies has relatively good service. The food is standard fare but a little bit lacking in selection when I visited the evening before good Friday (03/28/2024). I still managed to find everything I was looking for (those new pinwheel baked goods) so all is well. The only thing I'd like to see is just better overall cleanliness of the front counter/waiting line.

Visited this location yesterday evening, and was informed that "company wide" Tim Hortons had discontinued soup and chili, and had done so for months, that some 'new product' was replacing it soon. Turns out that this was one of many lies the staff of this location like to feed to customers to avoid having to serve them. Looking through the reviews you'll find many poor service complaints, lies (such as skim milk) and more. Reached out to corporate and my information has been received and documented. It's one thing to 'not carry' a product, but it's a completely separate thing to boldly lie to customers.Pre-emptive: No I won't "contact your Guest care team by filling out the form at some American link", especially seeing my information has already been forwarded to you from corporate who took my complaint seriously. I look forward to updating this review with the context of the resolution

I always get a very tasty drink whenever I stop at a Tims. Also, if there ever is an issue, the staff is always very helpful in correcting the problem.

Bad experience with this location I don’t know why it takes too much time for 3 drinks like 30 mint seriously?? And they are just enjoying with punjabi music… that’s actually not good.

The staff has some attitude problem. I ordered coffee with skim milk and she just said WE DONT CARRY SKIM MILK. All other stores carry skim milk. Probably she lied to me. When i got coffee, it was all over the container. I asked for napkins and she just handed over the napkins without any apology. Worst customer service. The staff clearly hates to be at the work.

Edit since owner responded belowEvery post review you post the same response with the same link which actually takes folks to a usa based website so it is impossible to add your location. Just because I found this particularly showing a lack of genuine concern for feedback to direct customers like that I took time to find the Canada one and added this peice of info as a clear example of lack of care the owner seems to take looking at the multiple responses.OrigionalI have been multiple times and honestly felt like maybe folks were having bad day but the attitude of the people in drive thru is awful. During order they always speak over you midway through your sentenfe and this has happened multiple times and then when they do allow you to finish they end up forgetting to add the things you asked. No smiles, no greeting just randomly handing you food.Perhaps some training on customer service would be helpful and also support them in their work more too as more people would tip .Its a hard job but the attitude has made me want to drive extra just to avoid this location

The people in this Tim hortons can never get an order correct, not just the first time, but even the second and third time still taste like shut. They need to be taught how to make the coffees and foods and ring stuff in properly.

I have ordered eggs N cheese wrap and i found plastic in my wrap while i was chewing my food.Which is not supposed to be in a food, and when i call to the store girl is saying can you come bsck we will give you new fresh wrap like seriously
