We went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. We got 3 drinks ...1 medium vanilla ice capp made with chocolate milk. I saw that one was made wrong at the window, made with milk. Take out at the window took far too long for two drinks. Clerk was chatting with a friend in the car ahead of me. She took my payment then left to presumably get my order. Another clerk stepped up to ask for my payment. I told her I had already paid and was waiting for my order. Not impressed!
This morning I waited several minutes after my breakfast sandwich was ready for a hot latte.
It was given to me dripping down the sides, and it was room temperature 👎👎

Tim Hortons offers a decent selection of food, including the new pinwheel baked goods. While some customers find the service to be lacking in attentiveness and accuracy, others appreciate the quick and friendly staff. The store could improve on overall cleanliness and accuracy in order fulfillment. Customers often find the service to be hit or miss, with some orders occasionally being wrong, but many still enjoy the coffee and feel comfortable when visiting. The staff, including a polite and efficient drive-through operator, provides good and hospitable service, making it a place where customers feel safe and welcome. Overall, Tim Hortons provides a standard dining experience with room for improvement in customer service and cleanliness.
