Their coffee is too bad. I and my husband used to order ice coffee made with chocolate milk, it was so nice but now it’s too bad. I don’t know why. I prefer to order my coffee from starbucks.

Very nice decor and atmosphere after the renovations. LOVE the artwork and the lucky loonie. We ordered some coffees and bagels. The cashier/staff were extremely nice.My reason for the three stars is that the poor lady on the cash was very sick to the point tears were coming from her eyes. I felt very bad for her, and I understand that she most likely could not financially afford to take a sick day. I was also monitoring my own health for a few days after the visit wondering if I would get sick.I wish Tim Horton's as a business - regardless of if it's a franchise location or not, would at least give one payed sick day (AT THE LEAST) a month per part-time employee. I do not know what full-time employees receive.Sick days or higher pay or both for full-time and part-time employees are needed !!! People should not have to force themselves to work when they are very ill!I realize most minimum wage fast food places are like this... but still... this is the most memorable service from a very sick cashier/employee I've had in a long time and reflects badly on Tim Hortons as an employer.

I'm disappointed in this location now. The past 6 bagels with cream cheese I've gotten from here add up to the amount of cream cheese I used to get on 1 or 2. I'm paying so much for a plain bagel basically.

The manager at this location is incredibly frustrating. He seems to yell about everything without understanding the actual concerns. I've been living in this neighborhood for the past 4 years, and I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and food over the last 12 to 18 months. I urge the Tim Hortons franchise owners to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address it. It's essential to provide proper training to the manager on customer service practices.

Ordered a drink no ice and it came half full. It was insulting. I left it there even though I paid.

My first time writing a negative review.2/10 times you might get your order correct. By far worst Tim's in hrm. Quality has severely gone down hill. Poor management or training, or do they simply just not care anymore? Either way, boo ?
They acted so rude and told me not to give them change which is just 10-15 coins? they said " WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THIS MUCH CHANGE" This happened 5 times now whenever i go there they are always rude for no reason. I Think its really hard to expect a decent customer service at any tim hortons today. Very sad to see them being so rude to people paying for their coffee. rude rude rude

The new layout is ok, but they cut back too much on the seating. Also, I always get the feeling that I am inconveniencing the staff with my mere attempt to make an order.

First time visit after its renovation. Seems less tables for dining in, but I like the atmosphere especially at night.

I highly appreciate our neighborhood Tim Hortons for being more than just a coffee shop. The recent renovations and cultural wall decor beautifully connect us to our community's identity. The friendly workers, despite some being new with language barriers, make it a welcoming space. It's commendable that Tim Hortons supports newcomers by providing job opportunities, fostering inclusivity, and acknowledging that everyone was new at something once. This place truly feels like a community hub where growth and connection happen over a cup of coffee.
No big problems but dark roast coffee tasted off today - and I always order dark roast so I noticed the difference. Staff a bit disorganized - took 2 or 3 people to get me 2 cups of coffee.Garbage cans overflowing and signage for organic vs recycle vs garbage made no sense to me.Have had good visits here prior, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt!
