Tim Horton's isn't what they used to be. This one had a makeover which looks nice. We prefer booths they had compared to crowded tables. Not cleaned often enough, hand dryer never worked the last 9 out of 10 times we were at this location.
Probably the fastest Tim hortons in the area. Always accurate. Some of the staff could be friendlier, but when Im in a hurry on my way to work I go to this Tims

Just went through the drive through, ordered a box of Timbits, received wrong kind, asked to change them, received another wrong order. By this time I decided to go in and speak to them in person.
The shift supervisor was EXTREMELY rude, telling me I’m waisting their time in front of other customers.
People were shocked, I’m furious that this is the kind of service and attitude of the staff.
One gentleman spoke to my husband afterwards and said it’s completely out of order the way I was spoken to.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional they clearly have no interest in treating customers with basic respect. It felt like they were doing me a favour instead of simply doing their job. This is not what I expect from Tim Hortons, a brand known for friendliness and good service. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

This evening (October 8, 2025), I placed a drive-thru order for four sandwiches at your Tim’s. When I reached the window, I was handed only one sandwich. I explained that I had ordered four. The staff member said they only had enough ingredients for one.
I asked why this wasn’t mentioned when I placed the order. At that point, a person who identified as the supervisor joined the conversation and argued with me instead of apologizing or offering a solution, saying she “didn’t hear” that I ordered four. She continued to speak over me and threatened to call the police even though I asked her several times not talk to me. Throughout the interaction, she appeared to be on her phone, which was distracting and unprofessional.
This experience was very frustrating and unacceptable. I’m requesting:
1. An apology,
2. A refund/credit for the incomplete order, and
3. Confirmation that staff will communicate shortages at the speaker before payment and maintain professional conduct.

Not much to say. It's definitely a Tim's. Quite clean,Quiet, good coffee and muffins.

Nice layout inside store, roomy. Our cashier was in training but the staff member training her was nice and well spoken. Lots of donuts and muffins to choose from, everything we wanted was in stock. Our table was a bit messy and covered in crumbs, as was another table we moved to, but this was at lunch time so it was understandable.
