This Tims is inside the Duke Office tower. there is no seating here but its part of a food court... kind of.. the service was quick, but there is not line up ques, so everyone just kind of walks up randomly and others stand in line for their turn.

Love ordering my food and waiting forever while they skip ahead of my order and make stuff for their regulars that ordered behind me who they seen in line already and knew what they wanted…they shockingly forgot about mine then didn’t even give me my whole order, after they checked what I was waiting for…I was sick of waiting so I said never mind and walked away without my whole order, glad I used a gift card (only reason to go to Tims as the prices are not worth the quality, especially now that they changed some doughnuts and bagels to specialty ones just to charge more…), I needed to get to work and didn’t have time to go up and pi$$ the others off in line trying to get an employees attention…I’ll stick to Macdonalds for my quick and better option when in a rush.

This was the dirtiest Tim’s I’ve ever been in. The washroom rivalled a bars at closing time. Service was bad 2 of 5 items wrong and took 2 additional tries to correct. Outside was also disgusting!
Most of the staff was good but this one younger guy with glasses didnt use the wax paper to pack up our cookies. He had the wax in his hand, but it wasnt used to pick up the product.... gross.

Have had no issues with the drinks here, but there were little red ant-like bugs crawling in and out of the payment machine. Hope the staff care enough to bring it up to someone to do something about it. Doesn't look like there's any in my Ice Capp, but still concerning

The caucasian girl was singing at the time, And smiling as she heading to the sandwich!great presentation in service But, ....bed presentation in sandwich, food care and effort needs to be more in making the food.????????Customer satisfaction is a must!!

Almost always crowded, being in Scotia square. Service could be a bit more speedy, Tim's is usually known for their speed. But other than that, they run out of stuff soon and closes by 6 PM. Thats nt their fault, the whole tower closes by 6 though. Overall, liked it.
