Tim Hortons Reviews
Love this Tim Hortons! Great place, good food, great price.
I order the food online and came to pick it up. It was put in the back carelessly. I got a Boston cream donut and the chocolate part was really mushed up.
How hard is it to make a medium 2 cream with two sweetener coffee? How hard is it to hire staff that can speak fluent English? Maybe me then asking for a Boston Cream .. same order.. to have with my coffee was too overwhelming for then? I had to ask to have sweetener added after because it wasnt addedd during preparation even though it was on the order. Based on today's experience.... very difficult. Maybe it would be easier for Tim Hortons at Scotia Square to install kiosks...read full review

Located inside the Duke Office tower, this Tim Hortons is part of a food court with no seating. The service is generally quick, though the lack of line queues can lead to a bit of chaos. While most of the staff is good, there have been instances of a younger employee not using wax paper to pack items. However, customers have praised staff members like Hunter and Kiran for their amazing and attentive service, contributing to a positive experience. Despite being in Scotia Square and often crowded, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming. The store tends to run out of items and closes by 6 PM, in line with the tower's schedule. Customers have expressed that this Tim Hortons should consider staying open during Halifax Mooseheads games, as it could attract more visitors. The food is standard for Tim Hortons, but the friendly staff and clean environment make for a pleasant visit.
