These 2 girls Katie & Noran in the morning are the best Tim Hortons servers I have seen in a long time. Passionate, enthusiastic & happily serving the community at IWK. Should have a raise in pay & position!!

Very disorganized and mismanaged on the weekends this place is I advise people don’t go here on weekends your order will take too long and possibly done wrong so on a weekend stay away from iwk Tim Hortons too disorganized and mismanaged on weekends

Giving three stars because overall I’ve had good experiences here. However, my one complaint is that the tea is always lukewarm…I hate having to go microwave my tea as soon as I pick it up. I’m not sure if their settings need to be adjusted to higher temperatures but I wanted to let them know because other people have also had the same complaint. I think this would be an easy fix :)

The coffee was burned, you could smell it from the parking lot. Both my friend and I had a few sips and couldn't finish it. Usually this location is pretty fresh. I am guessing it was the time of time of day(2pm)?
