The staff are kinda ok, but they always mess up when I order a sandwich. The order naturally has cheese on it but the sandwich never comes with cheese and I have to ask them to make it again, I get attitude from them and there still isnt any cheese on the sandwich.

Why are you going to a Brazilian megacorp? Go to narrow cafe or literally anywhere else for actual real coffee that pays their servers well. This is not Canadian.

Horrible customer service. Always out of food just because they don’t feel like making more . A woman with an accent was ordering and the woman was being rude snd couldn’t understand her yet everyone else could so I had to literally scream what the woman was saying for the worker to understand. I have never had a positive experience. The older woman is and has been the issue there for years. Scoffing at you, rushing you and being so rude that I’ve witnessed other customers besides myself tell her off. She’s got to GO

Horrible horrible location. Incompetent staff and long waits. I was told that they do not take coupons nor gift cards here, and when I asked if they had any timbits left I was laughed at??? I cannot believe that employees in a customer service position could be this rude. Time for Tim Hortons to clean house at this location, or for the university to shut it down and replace it with something else.

Always a 5 minute wait at least between classes, but considering the size of the line they do a much better job than any tim hortons I’ve ever been to, easily through 30-50 customers in 5 minutes

Gave me an ice coffee full of coffee grinds. When I asked for another, the second also had coffee grinds. I did not bother trying a third time.
Kept on coming back for poutines (pretty tasty). This location is very busy (and good for people watching). Service is quick.

One of the workers at the location, Shelbie, knows me as a regular. She recently had my coffee ready for me before I even stepped foot towards the counter with her usual smile. This is the kind of thing that has customers coming back regularly. Thank you Shelbie, I hope you get the recognition you deserve, because that is going above and beyond.
