The staff is great, the girl with the glasses was very friendly, I wasn’t sure what to order today but she took her time helping me find something I might like. It’s hard to find such good customer service these days! Thank you for everything ladies, and thanks for the delicious brown sugar oat shaken espresso!
I asked for a caramel Macchiato and I asked for no ice, but they gave me ice and when I asked them to get the ice out, they were really mad and when they gave me my drink back, it wasn’t even filled to the top
The lady completely forgot my order . She looked at me 3 times before I had to manually ask her, and then she stated that she forgot.
Totally irresponsible
