All services are rude, they were yelling at me, and didn’t have any petitions.
The girl was very rude while taking order. She didnt even communicate well . This is not the first time she behaved this way. I go there almost every week and noticed how she behaves. Tims should really work on their staff’s behaviour.

They only pay attention and give more service to the drive thru customers and keep the other customers waiting just because they don't have the food ready or that there's something wrong with their machines. They didn't prepare my order every single time I went there.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They close their lobby when they have too many cars in their drive thru. Every weekend Saturday and Sunday morning I go to get my coffee to be rejected cause people don’t want to work. You don’t have a front door for show, it’s so people can walk in and purchase something!!!
I visit 3-4 times a week. They always make great coffee, always fast and friendly. They love my dog and are always so kind to us :)

The staff were nice and all but absolutely none of the food looks anything like the pictures and the portions are hurrendous. Pretty dissapointing for the prices of everything. Your hoping for a meal not a snack

Stopped here on our way out of Halifax and it took FOREVER to get a coffee and a simple breakfast sandwich. I tried to enter with my partner and got quite a rude "ONE customer at a time, it's for OUR safety". That's fine. Being a HCW I totally understand.What happened next bothered me. There was a line outside and while waiting outside I noticed the lady who was very rude and concerned about hers and staff safety exited the Tim Hortons to give someone she knows in line preferential treatment and handed him a coffee in exchange for a toonie. That customer was not wearing a mask nor was the worker during the exchange and then she re-entered the Tim Hortons.I'm sorry, but if you're concerned about the safety of your staff, you just put them and the customers at risk by interacting outside the establishment with someone not wearing PPE and then returning inside.And to top if off as we were driving we found out they didn't even toast or heat the English muffin. Just a cold dry sandwich. And it was half put together.Horrible experience. I don't expect much from fast food establishments, let alone Tim Hortons, but its still shocking at how poor the service was here.

They are very slow as well as not following the tim hortons standards. The hot beverages are always cold. As well as they are not following the 20 mins coffee standards. Such a bad experience
Did not get the right items I ordered when I tried to call them the phone number goes to another place.and also say this site is closed.
