Food is what you would expect from Tim Hortons but the facility is not the cleanest. There were no Napkins on the counter and none provided in the bag of food? This franchise is slipping on cleanliness across the country and customer engagement is basically non existent. We avoid Tim's whenever possible. A Canadian icon in serious decline

The location is ok, the staff barely speaks English and is hard to understand. My daughter and I picked up a half dozen donuts for the family. The inside was fairly clean.ems bathroom was dirty and was in need of cleaning. The donuts we picked were not that fresh, the honey curlers were firm and not soft and fresh as you'd expect.Parking: Plenty of free parking spacesKid-friendliness: Kid friendly, except some sketchy people coming in during my visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Only 2 wheelchair accessible parking spaces and easy access to the door.

My favorite place for a quick food. Awesome service and people are so friendly and they customize the orders as asked without any funny faces ?Vegetarian options: I always customize my Grilled cheese sandwich to include more veggies and egg. No issues till now.Dietary restrictions: I have experienced with almond milk and here they customized my double double with it.

Enjoyed learning of and experiencing Tim Hortons chain of products. Reminded my of Dunkin Donuts back home. Since I enjoy the one at home I naturally enjoyed Tim Hortons at the various locations during my recent travels. I will certainly be looking forward to future visits on future travels. So, if you are looking for a great cup of coffee and a donut snake I would highly recommend Tim Hortons.
