Order the salad. Food is dry and stale. Usually get lunch from here. But today they give me half of the usual quantity paid 10$ for this.So disappointing!!!!!

My recent Tim Hortons visit was a disaster. Staff, especially Neetu, were rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Blackberry Yuzu, got plain water, and when I complained, Neetu brushed me off. Her husband, the security guard, made it worse. Neetu's public outburst was unacceptable. It's clear they need better training and management.

This is the second time I got poor customer service here. Didn’t get a discount for a refill and was asked to pour the coffee into my personal cup by myself—wasted a large plastic cup. No bag was provided for a take out…Last time I found the drink to be too sweet so my friend asked them if they could give us a cup of water to dilute it and was told “we actually charge for that”. Very disappointed ?

Before I go to work , I stop in at Tim Hortons at Mumford Road. One employee stands out for me, a gentleman , who I believe his name is Sahil. He goes out of his way every night , to make sure my order is right. One night stands out for me, I was late getting there, and the doors were locked. This exceptional employee ran to the door, and passed me my regular order. He is exceptional, and I think everyone should know about his above normal customer service!! He works the evening shift. I hope I spelled his name correct!! Thank you !!!

The guy who’s serving me my food touches money and asked him to please change your gloves or remove it but instead of listening he decided to argue. Funny how people are not knowing the standard. Simple thing like that should be followed . By the way the doughnut I bought is for my 18th month old baby . I hope you guys train your employees properly. Plus he don’t want to give his name to me, but I can identify him his wearing a piece of gold earring and clear gold eye glasses.
