Before I go to work , I stop in at Tim Hortons at Mumford Road.
One employee stands out for me, a gentleman , who I believe his name is Sahil.
He goes out of his way every night , to make sure my order is right. One night stands out for me, I was late getting there, and the doors were locked.
This exceptional employee ran to the door, and passed me my regular order.

Took fooooorever to take my order! Could have gone Bayers Road, come back to sit and enjoy my coffee and still wouldn't had gotten through. Need to decide who is doing what and work as team because you can clearly see its not the case. The coffee was good though. Broke the air that accumulated while waiting.
Had a great experience today at this location, the cashier Rahma was exceptional she was the sweetest person ever, and went above and beyond to make sure everything I ordered was out quick. Considering there was a very long line behind me the wait times were actually quite short, she and her team are super effective. 10/10 I recommend

Tim Hortons, a popular coffee shop, has received mixed reviews. While one customer praised the excellent service and attentive staff member, Sahil, who went out of his way to ensure the order was correct, another customer reported poor service, with staff ignoring those in line and prioritizing phone orders from friends. Despite the inconsistent experiences, Tim Hortons remains a frequented establishment for its coffee and food offerings.
