The service was fast and efficient. I am always placing multiple orders for my coworkers and the staff are always very accommodating. They have no issue with me placing multiple orders so that my coworkers can get their points and deals. Even though the orders are confusing at times, the staff never make any errors which I appreciate.

I could have lived with the fact that buddy with the gold 80's glasses dropped my food on the ground(in the bag) then handed it to me, but come on. The food is literally the exact opposite of what I asked for. I asked for a sausage farmers wrap with no egg, and I got a wrap with literally JUST bacon and egg. Like come on?! Not to mention the drive through speaker and trash had 2 dozen angry wasps flying around it? Like corporate tims, you let this one go. Hard.

Asked for a bagel toasted with butter. I drive home and finally open up what’s in the bag. Waste of money, disappointed. If I wanted it burnt I would have asked for it to be.

This Tim Hortons, has to be the worst in the city. It's unfortunate with a bunch of older ladies that should be retired or Fired ? you have to continuously place your order to her the old lady with the glasses unbelievable all the foreign workers out work them. Its total condescension or stupidity she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice too. not straightforward at all? terrible location should be reported to head office.

This one has the BEST coffee in the city! I go out of my way to spend my money here. I dont kno what they do or dont do - all I know is it NEVER tastes burnt or too hot!
Ive been home (in Halifax) visiting for a week so far and since day 5 I now would rather do without than try a different store.
If you know what Im taking about and know of another store that tastes this good please tell me where so I don’t have to come so far for my morning joe.

This is one of the worst tim hortons in halifax. Zero customer service. They never have any croissant even in the morning. Its like they only make one batch. Half of their shelves are empty even during early morning. The staff who works there always make faces .
The evening staff of this store were so rude with delivery drivers and they don't have know how to deal witch customer and drivers everyone who were there for orders they just getting bad service from the staff

Well, I always buy birthday timbits from here but they are never coated with the birthday thing on it and same happened today and I went back and told them that they are never coated with birthday thing so the girl took them back and they all started arguing, in the meantime , white old lady she came back with fresh nice and coated timbits and she asked me if they look better now. I was so happy that she made them best for me otherwise the staff doesn’t care. I am rating 5 stars for her service.
