Very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered two small roasted hazelnut coffees, and both tasted bad. Other locations make it really good.On top of that, the customer service experience was not pleasant — the staff member seemed uninterested and didn’t speak properly. This location really needs better quality control and customer service training.

So not happy! They’ve been out of biscuits for three days .. whatever, I clearly order two breakfast sandwiches and an iced coffee. My iced coffee was a cup of ice with a bit of coffee. I was given one sandwhich, when I asked why I was told I was only charged for one and they don’t have enough sausage. Maybe say that before I place an order so I could have ordered else where!!!! For reference the coffee before and after I had to take out the crazy amount of ice. Very glad I wasted my money to feed one out of the two of us and get half of a cup of coffee.

Not enough staff. The new girl cant get anything right.. so upsetting, Donna Santina and the Deb's do great ..but the others, meh not so much

Every single time i'm come here for delivery.There are three ladies work.They now ask at least take a 15 to 30 minutes. Even sometime order ready, but it's a lot of nobody asked. And ignore, it's very rude staff. I would say disappointed.
Specially old ladies.

Once again get an incredibly fed up sick and tired of trying to order and the people behind the counter not being able to understand what I'm saying. This is very frustrating. This needs to come to an end. People need to be able to speak English if they're going to be dealing with customer service public

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to, not once have they gotten my food order correct! Which is unfortunate since it is my local Tim's. I will never order food from them again and stick with coffee from now on.

staff taking my order was very rude and rushing me through my order in the drivethrough even though there were no cars ahead of or behind me. only ordered 3 items and they made mistakes with 2/3. cream instead of milk in our tea and forgot the sauce on our farmers wrap. staff were also rude and seemed annoyed at the window :(

Every day that I have to talk to Debbie to place my order is a bad day. She is rude, she slams her fingers onto the tablet with an awful attitude that makes me feel sorry for ordering my food? Truly, every day I walk in to order and I see Debbie, I have to reconsider getting tims that day. The people working the drive thru are nice, but ive been going to this tims for about 4 years and not ONCE did I finish placing my order with debbie and feel better than when I began.
