Once again get an incredibly fed up sick and tired of trying to order and the people behind the counter not being able to understand what I'm saying. This is very frustrating. This needs to come to an end. People need to be able to speak English if they're going to be dealing with customer service public

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to, not once have they gotten my food order correct! Which is unfortunate since it is my local Tim's. I will never order food from them again and stick with coffee from now on.

staff taking my order was very rude and rushing me through my order in the drivethrough even though there were no cars ahead of or behind me. only ordered 3 items and they made mistakes with 2/3. cream instead of milk in our tea and forgot the sauce on our farmers wrap. staff were also rude and seemed annoyed at the window :(

They advertise supreme stack but don’t serve. Ordered a bagel instead of that. And that took 5 minutes to serve.

Every day that I have to talk to Debbie to place my order is a bad day. She is rude, she slams her fingers onto the tablet with an awful attitude that makes me feel sorry for ordering my food? Truly, every day I walk in to order and I see Debbie, I have to reconsider getting tims that day. The people working the drive thru are nice, but ive been going to this tims for about 4 years and not ONCE did I finish placing my order with debbie and feel better than when I began.

I ordered 1 bread muffin, sausage and egg muffin, another 1 muffin (heat up),1 double double coffee, 1 sausage and egg croissant, 2 plain donuts
And when we give me a bag I asked again this you heated the muffin they said yes but they didn’t. And this is my sausage and egg croissant 😡 🤬

I Love ordering online, it so easy & don't take long & you have it delivered, you can follow where the driver is, so you can be by the door, so you can receive it. The drivers are super friendly. You can't go wrong with this service!!!! totally Awesome!!! Thank you.

This Tim Hortons, which is located in a gas station, never has it figured out.
3 people in the drive-through, no one at the counter (because they closed it), and it takes 10 minutes to ring the first guy through.
Seems like they are constantly training a new crew every week apart from 3 people.
Even if it's close, I won't be going there anymore. It's a huge waste of time.
We have been customers there for many years (back to when it was owned by Mr Dacey). It has been going downhill since. The customer service is a zero and I agree with an earlier comment that Donna is the best and there are maybe 2 others that have great service but for the most part they have attitude and don’t care about what they are doing as long as they get your $$. Hate to say but McDonalds is starting to get more business these days and their prices are better.
Go on a Sunday evening and have Donna give you her best customer service and you'll be stopping in and becoming a regular.
