Most of the staff lack the ability or the desire to speak passable English, what i get when there is broken english or mockery while they say English words with extra letters and sounds. Such as words or phrases unrelated to the conversation, This would be something anyone could ignore if these people doing this weren't rude and generally unpleasant when you ask them what they said or ment. Can't place orders if I cant understand them and they cant work efficiently if they dont understand the customer.

I go to Wendy’s today with my children and husband and I ordered my meal specifically with No Mayo no onions no pickle and no tomatoes, I get my meal, eating enjoying family time and all of a sudden I’m gagging and gagging ran to the bathroom and threw up because there was MAYO on it, I have never in my life eatin mayo as I don’t like the taste at all, the server was great but as for the cook there’s absolutely NO REASON why he or she can’t read a screen and make it the way I asked. This is not the first time this has happened. A worker was told by 2 other customers that a lady was in the bathroom getting sick that someone should check on her and not 1 worker came in to see what was going on. And of course I can’t message the store so here I am on google.

I have the pleasure of working near this franchise, and they’re efficient, consistent, well run and clean, which is not something you can saw often in fast food. I’m often there in a lunch rush, walking in to a crowd of people but always leave quicker than I expected with a correct order. Only downside is the parking lot entrance but that’s not the franchises fault. And extra 5 minutes trying to get out is a small price to pay for exceptional service.

This is consistently the most unclean location we've been to. Food is good but the dining room is always dirty, drink counter is a solid sticky mess and the drink machine splattered all over the floor. Instead of cleaning they put down a mat. Makes me question the kitchen area...

I go here for dinner most working days because it’s close to work. Very busy spot. The food and service is good though.
Got someone else's order .. no receipt in bag so not even sure if I paid for my own. Food was tasty and fresh. Girl in window handing food was professional polite

Stopped in one our way home from the rinks last night.
The floor was sticky as soon as we came in you could see garbage on the tables.
We went to sit down to eat and the seating fell apart and my daughter hit her head on the table.
Someone did come over and ask if she was ok after I brought the cushion to the counter.
Took some pictures before I left. Then the manager finally came out to check on my daughter.
Realize it’s not fine dining but this place was disgusting and my daughter could have been seriously hurt.

Yummy, fast, perfect salad. They could not tell me which items were gluten free, and instead told me I had to look at the chart on the wall. I did not have my glasses on, and the writing on the chart is very small, but we made do.
