You know what you're getting when you go to Wendy's. The food is consistent. The service is not.
My girlfriend went through the drive-through with 5 or 6 cars ahead of her, so I chose to go in. I placed my order with 2 people ahead of me who already placed their orders and were waiting for their food. My girl was almost finished her meal by the time I got back to the car.

Long wait at drive thru. No cars. Just waiting. For a Dbl JBC. Like 5 min is a long time for no cars and just a burger. Honestly

This is the worst Wendy that I have ever gone to, a year ago my husband got a diarrhea here from a hamburger, a year later we figured it will get better ; but no there was nothing in the breakfast wrap at all. It was awful

Complete laziness in my order received Thursday night (Oct.16th)at 11:29pm. So frustrating to think, im gonna treat myself tonight to a spicy chicken sandwich with my hard earned money and what is given to you is just cold, old and sloppy put together food without even accommodating the spicy chicken part or any of the additional charges or dips. Really and truly, at minimum you can atleast place the fries right side up in a customers take out bag and perhaps not add raw bacon to their wrap. Then again, the wrap came completely open and deconstructed in the bag so why would I ever expect cooked bacon?
Won’t be coming again.
No clean tables, garbage cans overflowing. No taste to the hamburger.

The person working the payment window should not be dealing with the public. very rude, and topped it off with a quick slam of the window when she was done being inconvenienced by me.
You guys realize there is literally 2 other restaurants on the same piece of land as you? You actually share the parking lot! Time to check those out I guess.

Most of the staff lack the ability or the desire to speak passable English, what i get when there is broken english or mockery while they say English words with extra letters and sounds. Such as words or phrases unrelated to the conversation, This would be something anyone could ignore if these people doing this weren't rude and generally unpleasant when you ask them what they said or ment. Can't place orders if I cant understand them and they cant work efficiently if they dont understand the customer.

I go to Wendy’s today with my children and husband and I ordered my meal specifically with No Mayo no onions no pickle and no tomatoes, I get my meal, eating enjoying family time and all of a sudden I’m gagging and gagging ran to the bathroom and threw up because there was MAYO on it, I have never in my life eatin mayo as I don’t like the taste at all, the server was great but as for the cook there’s absolutely NO REASON why he or she can’t read a screen and make it the way I asked. This is not the first time this has happened. A worker was told by 2 other customers that a lady was in the bathroom getting sick that someone should check on her and not 1 worker came in to see what was going on. And of course I can’t message the store so here I am on google.
