We just happened to stop into this gem of a Cafe by chance on our way to Blue Beach and enjoyed the most delicious lunch, both savoury and sweet! Everything was really fresh and homemade, and sooo good, and very reasonable priced as well! Their selection is awesome, so many yummy things to choose from! A big thumbs up, we'll be sure to be back and recommend it to our friends.
I don't have a picture of my ham and cheese sandwich, suffice to say it was too good to share. Live in the moment, breathe, enjoy.

We know Kate from years ago, when she lived in Saint John. It was so nice to see her again when we visited the Essential English Bakery & Cafe, for the first time. We packed the cooler with steak & kidney pies, my husband’s all time favourite, and chicken pies. Then, unable to make a decision, we bought carrot cake, cheesecake squares (both coconut and lemon) and Eccles cake, for the road. I am glad I was so indecisive - 5 stars for all!! Delicious!!! Thanks Kate!
