September 12th, 2026. I just visited Tim Horton's to grab coffee & breakfast. The line up for the drive-thru was way too long so I decided to go inside.
The line up inside was to the door and moving painfully slow!
They seemed to be short staffed and only one person was taking orders.
I ordered two coffees, a breakfast wrap & a cream cheese bagel. It took 37 minutes to get my order with no apology for the wait! And on opening my bagel it was very burnt & tasted awful,...read full review

I usually avoid this location, but it was most convenient today. Always a disappointment. The staff arent friendly, your lucky if you get a what do you want at the speaker, never a welcome to tim Hortons. And my sandwich was cold, cheese was cold, and whoever cut the biscuit in half clearly cant even use a knife.. maybe re train your staff. Based off the reviews, I can see alot of repeat issues.
Went pretty late in the evening, probably around 9:30 pm a few days ago and got one of the best iced capps I’ve ever gotten! It was relatively quick considering that the poor girl was working alone and wearing a sling on her arm in drive thru, absolutely would come back
