“During our brief stay at the head of Chezzetcook, we were on the lookout for an authentic Middle Eastern Shawarma experience, and Noor's Kitchen delivered just that. The sensation of enjoying Shawarma at Noor's Kitchen transported us to Lebanon, offering a remarkable blend of authenticity and superb quality at reasonable prices. Our delightful experience prompted us to visit twice on separate occasions, and each time surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic taste of the Middle East in Nova Scotia; it unquestionably outshines other Middle Eastern restaurants in Halifax, especially when it comes to Shawarma.”
“It was a busy morning, but i was in and out quickly. My tea & farmers breakfast wrap was the best ever and hot, you lost 1 star for forgetting my hash brown ?. The staff was polite, quick, and chearful. My daughters bagel breakfast sandwich&coffee was exactly how she asked for it.”
“The restaurant itself did not reopen after Covid but there is take out. Honestly, I don't get the bad reviews! Firstly, the take out containers for combination plates are the same regardless of any Chinese place so pretty mean to give a bad review on that. We find the food excellent and certainly beats the competition in Porters Lake, which I believe has closed. We never cared for their food because it was like frozen stuff that was reheated and they did not even make their own egg rolls. At Ongs, they do make their own and they are amazing. So my advice is ignore the old reviews below and get a take out. You might have to reheat it at home but well worth it. (Hint: don't reheat egg rolls in a microwave). And if you ask for the chicken suiguy get he gravy on the side.”
