If you're one that likes to be on the healthier side of meals, like the keto or vegan or gluten free diet, then this is the place to be in downtown Kentville, NS. Charming cozy ambiance fills this restaurant. They don't have no fancy decor or expensive table cloths but they do have delicious tasting food. Their menus, written on the walls. They also offer take out meals that are either gluten free or keto. I've had the opportunity to try their breakfast sandwich and that was very good, the bread I believe was gluten free, and it was filled with eggs, bacon, and mayo. Also, their keto Pumpkin latte was also very good. The place takes part in the holidays and lining the window ledge are the different designed ginger bread houses. Not sure who designed them. Overall, I was quite happy with all the food and the drinks and the experience I had here. I'll be back in January in Kentville and I will be back here soon as I can.
