“It's been a long while since I came accross a Tims that opporated so efficiently. I am traveling a few hours and I stopped for a bathroom break and a lunch.
There are 4 people behind the counter. Just enough room for one person to turn around at a time. It's a tight space. But they are working around eachother. Communicating. High stress and they are pleasant, encouraging eachother and patient with customers. I could see each person dialed in, focused and aware of the person next to them. Covering the counter and the drive-through!! Pulling drinks, baked goods, sandwiches.... I've been to many stores where there can be 8 or 9 people behind the counter and for somereason none of them are able to pour a glass of water in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you. So impressed by this team!!”
