The service when walked in the door should state reservations only. Also should have staff knowledgeable about explaining the drink menu and food menu. Also promote the non alcoholic menu as well. Never leave an empty glass on a table while waiting for another server to tend table. I think server etiquette should be taught. The buisness should look into a superhost course
Extremely poor service when at the restaurant itself . Took us over an hour just for someone to come and get a drink order.

Recently , (see pics below )terrible I paid for extras , they didn’t give them to me , and when I called to let them know a manager was supposed to call me back. Never did. Also messaged them on their Facebook page , they read the message and yet to reply. Would never spend another cent there. Food is over priced...read full review
