Lovely atmosphere cozy and warm. Ordered a flat white soya decaf extra hot, came 1.5inches short of the rum and warm, not hot. Service was average. Appreciated the outdoor seating and parking.

We loved the atmosphere and the very friendly staff. Great space, with two levels - most seating upstairs, plus an outdoor table and a couple of chairs in a beautiful garden setting. I found the espresso roast too dark and bitter, but my wife really liked it. We'd both be happy to go back.

This is what a coffee shop should feel like! Cozy comfortable atmosphere. The coffee is spectacular! As someone with a Danish heritage cinnamon buns are a fascination for me. One of the best cinnamon buns I have ever had. ❤️

It can get really busy over the lunch hour so if you are looking for a quick in and out avoid the lunch hour. Definitely worth the visit.

We loved this place! Such a hidden gem! We got cinnamon buns to share, my husband got a Cortado and I got an iced chai tea latte! Our kids got a frozen hot chocolate. Everything was fantastic and we definitely recommend stopping by! They also had a map for a fairy trail so we did this with the kids! It was so fun! Love this little town!

The strawberry rhubarb muffin was one of the best muffins I have ever had, and it was gluten free. My wife, who is celiac, was surprised and said it tasted just like a regular muffin and was one of the best she’s ever had. Even the best gluten free options usually feel like a step down from regular baked goods, but not here. Absolutely amazing, and we will definitely be making many visits in the future. We actually went to our car and then decided we had to go back in after tasting them to buy six more.

We stumbled upon The Barn while hunting for coffee in Mahone Bay, and what a charming find! It’s cozy, welcoming, and full of character. I ordered a Blueberry Matcha and an oatcake, and both were absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and warm, so glad we discovered this little gem!

It was really busy when we got there. The servers cleared the line pretty quickly. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to get our drinks. We got the blueberry iced matcha which was really good, the iced chai was okay, the strawberry rhubarb muffin was delicious and the chocolate cookies were so good. We also picked up a bag of coffee beans.
