“Love this Tim's, they are an amazing team , but they need more staff. There's always a line and the wait can be annoying. They are in a mall setting and most times they only have one person taking orders and one person making orders. It's crazy how they run around making sandwiches and filling drinks to try to get everything out in an appropriate amount of time and the lines are always long because of no staff. They used to have alot more staff but since covid they are on bare bones. It's a shame because their fast service has suffered. And they need the help.“

“Staff was friendly and efficient, tables were mostly clean, the drinks I had were of a good standard. I visited just before closing so stock levels of baked goods were very low. The photo is of the outside of the building in which this branch of Tim's is located at the front of the building and to the left of the front entrance. I will update my review next time I visit and try to get some photos of the interior.“

“Service is a lot better than it was and have finally started getting my order right since this new woman has started she is a sweet heart and deserves a raise for the idiots she works with I don't normally give reviews like this but I swear the ignorance and rudeness before she was there is unbelievable hopefully she stays only good worker they have“
“Fantastic coffee, amazing egg BLT sandwiches. Donuts were spectacular. Medium (large size coffee and the sandwich was 6$! Great value especially for travellers who spend alot of money on food..this was an unexpected gem after getting off the Marine Atlantic ferry in North Sydney! Loved it. If we lived there we would be regular customers..Cant say enough!“

“To the ladies at this Tim Hortons location all I can say is thank you… My order is always perfect, service is always great… And you always offer me my change… and to top it all off… They are always friendly! Several other Tim Hortons locations could definitely take a lesson from these ladies.“

“The food was great buy the service wasn't the greatest the young guy taking our order was bored and rude.. he told us that they didn't serve breakfast all day just because he didn't want to make the sandwiches but I knew the difference so got another waiter to take our order other than that great“
