I want to shout out Steph and April. I went it this morning and April had started my breakfast sandwich before I got to the counter.(that means the world to me) and once I got to the counter Steph was very welcoming and friendly. Smiled and talking. Keep up the great work!

This store is extremely slow. To the young lady working the drive through today- you should try and smile when your delivering someone there order.Smiling is easy to do.Sitting in the driver thru line for 12 minutes and only 6 vehicles is not efficiently handling the customers.When passing 2 large black coffee’s - asking if the customer wants a tray would be a start.Making eye contact with the customer is very important.

I love tims, although they never get my sandwich sauce correct. About 50% of the time, our sauce is wrong. We ask for Chipotle or Ranch, and we always get mayo. It's annoying. We have to take it back and get it right. It just wastes everyone's time. Also, on weekends, the drive-through is very slow, I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. There were 5 cars in line, which is shorter than normal.
