The young lady at the counter was EXTREMELY polite, I should have gotten her name so I could give her props. I've dealt with so many rude people in customer service lately that it was a gem to have her today!!
Food was very good, I had the chicken strips with fries and a soft drink. I was in drive through and the service was quick and the workers were attentive. The only issue is that the drive through has litter around it and doesn’t seem to be cleaned often
The food is good and the workers were easy to deal with, except one. I don't know what the policy is, but in some Dairy Queens, when you order the meal that includes a sundae, you get a coupon. That is lovely, but not for someone who is lactoce intollerant, so I often ask for their dairy free dilly bar instead. I have only been refused twice and both times were in New Minas.
