Phenomenal service, the vibe in KFC New Minas is very calm, clean, and not too busy. Friendly staff, and the chicken is consistently perfect portions and fresh. A sweet young lady at the front counter constantly greets me with a smile on her face and helps me with anything I need. She goes above and beyond each time.
If you're ok with fast fast food and don't mind the oil, this is a great place to stop by. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. A huge bonus is cleanliness. Everything is shiny, clean and neat with comfortable seating and roomy tables. Food comes out of the kitchen piping hot, no heat lamps to dry it up. Portions are good and the food is tasty and tender. The only downside is the oil in the fried chicken but that should be expected at a quick stop...
