Multiple times I've gone to Tim's and I always get the same two things, a large iced coffee and sometimes a 4 cheese bagel toasted with herb/garlic cream cheese with bacon added. So many times my coffee is completely different; too bitter, too sweet, too milky, and it's to the point where I carry 0 sugar sweeteners to add in if too bitter, and half the time my bagel doesn't have the bacon when I specifically double check TWICE before leaving the speaker. Tim Hortons in Kentville is a decent spot for a quick coffee and snack. The staff are generally friendly, and one employee, Sofia, provides excellent service with positive energy. However, the inside service is seriously lacking with long line ups and slow-moving staff at the order desk and drive-thru. There are reports of workers taking their sweet time, with no hustle from most of them, creating the slowest moving drive-thru ever. The wraps are good, but the overall experience is poor with long wait times.
