The last 4 times of going here they have made mistakes and when taking it back in they were upset that I asked them to fix it, 2 of the 4 times they still made a mistake the second time. I tried to give benefit of the doubt but I’m done getting dirty looks when I ask them to fix their mistake. I’d rather drive to coldbrook who never has a problem making my order, little own with the one time they did make a mistake and had no issues fixing it.

My husband got a coffee this morning and the bottom of the cup let go and all of his coffee leaked out the bottom all over him. After he finished his shift we went back to your location at 5:19 p.m. to get a replacement ( especially since he didn’t even get a sip of his first one from the morning). We went through the drive thru and the young lady at window refused to replace it and said it’s not her problem, not adhering to Tim Hortons “ Make It Right” policy. She was extremely rude and told me I should have called first. I know for a fact you do not have to call to have a coffee replaced. I understand mishaps and mistakes happen. What’s unacceptable is how your staff treat guests. This isn’t the first time your evening staff have been rude or mishandled the situation. A simple replacement of my husbands coffee is all we were asking for. Instead we were met with rude and obnoxious behaviour. Please educate your staff on the make it right policy and how to properly treat guest, especially when dealing with a complaint.

I moved to New Minas 7 yrs ago and was happy to see there was a Tim's nearbyAfter many attempts of getting a meal and most were wrong l stopped going to this locationI have ordered from Wolfville, Kentville Windsor, Halifax and not one time was there a problem.I recently began going to New Minas again to the drive through for lunch etc but nothing has changed,I have the same sandwich each time, a ham and cheddar, no lettuce, not toasted.Does this sound like a complicated order?A couple of hours ago l went to the drive through, ordered the sandwichWhen l got home the bread was toasted so much it was burned.There was pieces of tomato and no mayonnaiseI couldn't eat it!I don't know what can be changed but when I take it out of the bag it falls apart, probably because there is no mayonnaise, maybe, but any other location it's not a problemThat's twice this week alone.You probably will say l should have gotten a receipt but who thinks to for a 7 dollar sandwich?I could go on but hopefully you will look into this location.ThanksAM MacDonald

One till only constantly. Even when there are lines of 15 plus people. Kinda hard to be a Canadian staple when you might as well go to a dine in restaurant for all the wait time.

Well most of the employees are good. Although there is atleast 1 girl with a constant scowl and who acts like she thinks she is better than anyone else. I saw her turn down a sweet eldery man who just wanted a hot choc to warm him on a cold night. He was 5 cents short and she told him he had to leave. I saw the whole exchange and stepped in to buy his hot chocolate plus my 30$ order. This girl tried to tell me I couldnt buy his hot chocolate. She was verrry rude, entitled, heartless and a real KAREN. I wouldnt complain for one incident but she has been rude to me ever since. I expect better from the Kentville Tim Hortons!!!!! Waaaay better.
