I'm glad we finally have a Starbucks that isn't an hour drive away, and that's enough for me to overlook a few hiccups. The wait can be long, but we've learned to just order ahead via mobile order.While the experience of the people behind the counter can sometime be lacking, the drinks have been for the most part fine. I have never in my life seen people work so slow, and somehow still manage to mess up everyones order in front of me. Why are people waiting 25+ mins for coffee. Hire some people who actually look like they want to be there and work.

I've been here a handful of times and have always gotten really good service. I like how it is in a grocery store so I can get my groceries done while enjoying my drink. I wish they had a few seats set aside for people to dine in if they wish.
