I love my pinkity drinkitys
I visited this Starbucks a few days ago and unfortunately had a negative experience with a barista named Abby. She came across as quite rude during our interaction. While I was waiting for my drinks, I also noticed the way she spoke to her coworkers seemed disrespectful and uncomfortable to watch. I’m not sure what the situation was, but it felt like she was embarrassing them at times. I hope the team environment there improves because it didn’t feel very welcoming.
During my 5 days as a tourist in the area, I went to this Starbucks 3-4 times per day. Ordering the same drink every time (Venti Peppermint Mocha, triple espresso heart-attack in a cup, oat milk, no dairy). There were no errors on any orders and the staff were always friendly, fun, and had great recommendations for my adventuring.
