“Huge shout out to Collin at Parrsboro Tim Hortons!!. He was extremely busy when I went in to place my order on evening of Oct 10th. There were a number of people ahead of me that ordered sandwiches. He acknowledged me immediately and apologized for the wait. He really hustled to make sure we all got our orders. He certainly could have used another staff member but despite that he was efficient and friendly.”

“My husband and I were travelling home from Halifax and decided to take a side trip to Parrsboro and noticed this little restaurant. Not big but very attractive with linens on the tables and local pictures on the wall. I ordered a senior omelette and was blown away by the flavour and appearance plus the delicious jam that didn't come from a rack of the same old offerings. Also my cup of coffee was never empty from the efficient server. Husband was impressed also with his standard breakfast. A great find!”
