Just want to let you all know that we are so grateful that you guys are back up and running with a great new space and community and ahhhmazing new menu!
I took my wife for her birthday brunch and I this Saturday there to come back to one of our favourite places in the south shore. We love 🥰 it so much and are sad that we live so far away in Bridgetown NS.
I hope one day we can move close enough to west Dublin to be regulars there. Thank you for the new improved menu and space. We truly appreciate all your hard work and efforts. Your kindness and smiles keep us coming back.
My wife had the mushroom on toast which was so inspiring, ℹ had to recreate it the next day for Sunday brunch for her. I had the big breakfast which had me fulfilled with the love you all put into the food and coffee and tea.
I look forward to coming back this weekend for lunch to try some other new things. Thanks for making this artist outcast feel welcome here. Hope one day to have my art swag in your shop.
I’m a past chef who worked over twenty years in the service industry and now I’m a full time artist , but this visit made me want to be part of your kitchen team. Truly is a place I would love working in.

Had an image in mind of the treat i was looking for in lahave. I thought it would be at the lahave bakery but i was wrong. However the urge to stop in here for the first time was fruitful. The rasperry cheese danish was so divine it was like a gift from above for real. I just had to praise the Lord for finding this place today. Lived on the south shore 10years now and it was my first time at the ploughmans lunch. God Bless!

The breakfast sandwich SLAPS. SO good, had to come back several times on our trip! Pastries were also delicious. Beautiful patio, always popping.

The people who have an issue with this wonderfully preserved piece of the past can go straight to jail (their greyscale houses). It is SO pretty and valuable. Love the display in the window right now too, feels like a warm hug as a queer person.
I will say, I'm really friendly/polite and pretty much always have positive experiences, but service is hit or miss at the counter here. Sometimes I feel like an inconvenience just ordering a croissant. Regardless, I will keep ordering those croissants and the phenomenal sammies, because they are an utter delight.

Really a hopping joint first thing in the morning! Love it!
Excellent porchetta sandwich on brioche. I missed the pain Chocolat so that must be good. Croissants look good but haven't tried yet. Coffee on the acidic side but lots of people like that.

A very cute spot with excellent service! The patio was an excellent place to sit for a spell. Loved the cherry sorbet, delighted by the vibe of the place. Happening, hot, and happy! It’s a cafe (coffee, homemade chocolate and baked goods) with very yummy sandwiches and ice cream. Cherry swirl was magical. Good music too. Got some cute photos today.
