Loved the atmosphere at The Noodle Guy — the open kitchen and rustic valley vibes make it such a cozy spot. The homemade cheesy pasta shells were absolutely phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!
We drove from the South Shore to Wolfville for the day, had an incredible lunch at the Noodle Guy, loved it soooo much we bought fresh pasta and sauce to take home. The atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting, the service was, in our opinion, an example for others to learn from and we would definitely make the almost 2 hour drive to eat here again, wish you had a second location over here! Thank you for such an amazing experience.
We went to The Noodle Guy for supper and the place was absolutely packed, with about a 15–20 minute wait for a table. Just a note that it closes at 7, which feels a bit early if you’re a later eater.
I ordered the ravioli with caramelized onion and it was delicious, though the bread on the side was a bit dry (I had to ask for butter). My partner had the tagliatelle but wasn’t a big fan and wished he had gone with the shells in three cheese sauce instead....
