Really don’t like the long waits for service.
I waited for 15 minutes this morning in the drive thru for ONE iced coffee! Two people were ahead of me and only had medium coffees!

This place is just getting sad! They no longer carry cappuccinos, hot chocolate, or whole wheat bagels. Also they cut down their carrot cakes to 1/3 of the original size overnight but they expect you to still pay the same price.
